By using Fa6een you agree to these terms. The app is developed by Digital Tales CO. in Kuwait.

1. The service

Fa6een is an educational trivia game for families, suitable for all ages. The app is currently entirely free with no active purchases.

2. Your account

• Accounts must be created by an adult (parent or guardian).
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Using another person's account without permission is prohibited.
• We may suspend accounts that are misused.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to hack the app or gain unauthorised access to its data.
• Use automated tools to send excessive requests.
• Redistribute or sell the app's content.
• Enter offensive or inappropriate team names.

4. Content ownership

All questions, images and audio in the app are owned by Digital Tales CO. or used under licence. They may not be copied or reused without written permission.

5. Educational content

We work to keep information accurate, but the app is for general entertainment and learning and is not an accredited academic reference.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may pause it for maintenance or updates.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Future purchases

We may add paid features later. Any purchases will be made exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their refund policies. Existing users keep what they already have, free.

We may update these terms; the last-updated date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
